What we collect
- Enquiry details you submit — name, email, optional phone, treatment interest, budget range, timing and messages.
- Account data if you sign up — email, display name, account type, and your saved clinics.
- Usage data via Google Analytics — pages visited and events, tied to cookies, not to your enquiry identity.
How we use it
- To process your enquiry: we share the request details (treatment, budget, timing, your message) with matching clinics. Your name, email and phone are not shared with clinics until you choose to proceed.
- To reply to you by email with clinic options and to operate your account.
- To improve the service using aggregate usage statistics.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We don't send marketing without a way to opt out.
- We don't collect health records; anything you write in a message is shared only as described above.
Storage & processors
Data is stored with Supabase (database) and processed via Resend (email) and Google Analytics (usage). We keep enquiry data as long as needed to operate the service; you can request deletion at any time.
